Original Dashboard vs Redesign
My role in this project was more managerial than hands-on in Figma. We outsourced the design of this new dashboard, and the outsourcing team took direction from our VP of Product and me. It was my responsibility to consult and direct on the project's UI, with the VP of Product directing on business requirements. After a few rounds of revisions, myself and another designer on our team handled further revisions and fleshing out design details that were not initially covered.
Accessibility Contrast Changes
Original Colors vs Redesign
A second goal for this project was to improve the accessibility of our entire application via some changes to our color palette. This color change also served to keep consistent branding throughout our entire product, as the new dashboard utilizes a new color palette. My role in this portion of the project was to assist our other designer with the initial color selection and consult with him as needed as he fleshed out designs for the many different page types of the product.
